2. What the Service is

The Service is a property-management platform for hotels and hospitality businesses, covering bookings, room and rate-plan management, availability and pricing, invoicing, and related operations. Some pages of the Service may also be used directly by a hotel's guests to search availability and complete a reservation. "You" in a given section refers to whichever of these you are, as context makes clear.

3. Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a booking, and keep it up to date.

4. Bookings, pricing, and payment

• Room availability and prices shown are set by the hotel and can change until a booking is confirmed.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from the Service or the hotel — not merely upon starting a search or a checkout session.
• Cancellation, refund, and no-show terms are set per rate plan by the hotel and shown before you complete a booking; they govern over any general statement here.
• Taxes and fees shown at checkout are calculated per applicable law and may vary by hotel and room type.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, hotel's data, or the Service's infrastructure; scrape, resell, or redistribute rates/availability data without permission; or interfere with the Service's normal operation (including automated requests that could degrade it for others).

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by [Company Legal Name] or its licensors. These Terms don't transfer any ownership to you — only a limited right to use the Service as intended.

7. Third-party services
